Third Day of CNY.

Like the previous year, went to Dong Zhen Temple again.
The place was so crowded and packed!
Damn a lot of people.
Sweaty and hot.
I saw a lot of people carrying their superb DSLR camera and tripod.
It makes me wonder why I left mine at home.
But then, it is so damn heavy.
So, better not.

Day 1 of CNY
Nothing much special.
Other than the fact I fall sick today. >.< Unbelievable.
*Cough cough*
Went to the airport to send my cousin off to Miri.
Wish I'm the one sitting on the plane. *grinned*

At the airport, met up with another cousin, Chyi's elder sister. They are heading back home together!

Like the previous year, I didn't go back to my hometown(for those who still doesn't know: my hometown is at Miri, Sarawak!).
Why?
There are a million reasons for this question.
One of them are... Expensive air ticket!
Plus last time I didn't know how many days of leave I can get at my internship company.
And you know how expensive it is to buy air ticket at the last minute.
But I hope I can go back next year though.
It has been 2 years that I didn't celebrate CNY at my own beloved hometown.
The things I missed the most are the reunion between my old classmates and friends and also my family and relatives.
The catching up part.
The gossiping part :P
The taking pictures part.
Ah, well.
Since I'm stuck here, I better make the best of it.
What are the odds that this year Chinese New Year falls on the same day with Valentine's Day?
Kinda cool, right?
But for me, it doesn't really make any differences :)

After we finished work on Thursday, we went to OneUtama to have dinner together before Chinese New Year break.
Me, Bluey, Lemon, Mei and we dragged along one of the staff, Siang Way.
We went to Wong Kok Char Can Teng.
Their service is really bad.
I know they are busy but they are damn slow and when we want to flagging down waiter because we need to order or something, we need to wait for like 10 minutes for them to come.
Seriously.
Bad service.
I don't even have to mood to photograph the food =_=

It is a Thursday and it is our cute accountant, Stephanie Liam's birthday on Friday.
But she is on leave on Friday, so six of us interns decided to buy a cake for her from Secret Recipe.
Though it is just a slice of cake, but it is the thought that counts right?

Crocs Band Feel Good Carnival last Saturday which is organized by MYC and Crocs!
All the of interns and almost all of the staff participated in this event.
As I'm one of the flyer distributor/crowd control girls, I didn't get the chance to watch any of the band performance!
Sad!
So I didn't manage to take any pictures of the live performance band! :(
Heard some of the bands are awesome!
And let me tell you this.
It's not easy distributing flyers.
When the people thought you are selling something and stuff.
I have become someone I don't like.
LOL

Haha

Been standing for like 10am something until 6pm.
My feet seriously in pain.
But it was fun.
Better than sitting inside the office the whole day.
